The purpose of MSU ELEMENTS is to offer an opportunity for students to become better acquainted with the chemical and biochemical sciences and to foster an awareness of responsibilities and challenges of the modern chemist. In the past, MSU Chemistry Clubs has helped its members to become further acquainted with the chemical and biochemical field by:

• Providing guest speakers from chemical and biochemical industries to speak about their research and technology used.
• Sponsoring tours of various main chemical and pharmaceutical industrial sites.
• Informing members of job opportunities and career growth.
• Sponsoring trips to scientific historical sites and museums.

We at MSU ELEMENTS believe that the chemical and biochemical fields hold much promise for the future chemists of tomorrow. If you are a student who is interested in the chemical or biochemical field and the many career opportunities that are available to you, then MSU ELEMENTS is the club for you.
