DIRECTIONS
The campus of Montclair State University is located on Valley Road in Upper Montclair.
Take Montclair exit (Valley Road) at junction with Route 3. Once on Valley, make a right at the light onto Normal Avenue. The main entrance is on the right.
East: Take Montclair exit at junction with Route 46. Once on Valley, make a right at the light onto Normal Avenue. The main entrance is on the right. West: From Route 3 West take the second exit for Valley Road, after the merge with Route 46.
Once on Campus:
Bear left and park in the Red Hawk Parking Deck, or proceed past the parking deck, make a right at the stop sign at the bottom of the hill. Continue straight, then go up the hill, bear right at the construction site for the new academic building, pass the diner and park at the metered spots in the next two small parking lots.
From the Red Hawk Parking Deck walk past the Alexander Kasser Theater construction site, then northwards towards the twin power line towers at the top of the hill. Walk alongside Dickson Hall, Calcia Hall and Partridge Hall towards the white concrete building (that's the Student Center, SC). Richardson Hall (School of Math & Natural Sciences, RI) is the square dark red brick building with the white corners on the right beyond the little stone Peer Counseling Center. It is not far from parking lot 17, mostly metered parking.
The NJAG meets in room 232 on the second floor of Richardson Hall. During public Telescope Nights, telescopes are set up on the south side of the building.
