In 1993, I rode my Yamaha FJ1200 around the perimeter of the United States, the first destination
of which was Daytona to cover the Daytona 200 for a magazine called Independent Biker. Choose
"My Daytona 200/Cross-country trip article" from the menu above to read it.
Then, when I got back to San Francisco, I raced in an awesome semi-legal race called the Cabo 1000,
which goes from Tijuana to Cabo San Lucas down the Baja peninsula. You can read the article I wrote
about that race, also for Independent Biker magazine, by choosing "My Cabo 100 article"
from the menu above.
In 1995 I went to the Isle Of Man to cover the TT fortnight for Roadracing World and Motorcycle
Technology. Choose "My Isle of Man TT article" from the menu to read that article.
Sadly, this year marks the passing of Joey Dunlop, "Yer Man", who crashed in Ireland doing what he loved to do the most. In tribute to him please click on the TT icon to download The Isle of Man Joey Dunlop screensaver.
